Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy covers sexaireviewer.com. It explains what we collect when you visit, why, and what you can do about it. It does not cover the apps we review: once you follow a link to one of them, that app's own privacy policy applies.

What we collect
You do not need an account to read the site, and we do not ask for your name. We collect a small amount of data:
- •Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. It only loads after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner.
- •Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and to fix problems.
- •Email. If you subscribe to the newsletter or write to us, we keep your email address and what you sent.
- •Your cookie choice. We store whether you accepted or declined analytics in your browser, so we do not ask again on every page.
When you click through to an app
This is the part most people worry about, so here it is plainly. When you follow a link from our site to an app, the app learns that you came from SexAIReviewer, usually through a referral code in the link. We do not send your name, your email address or anything you did on our site.
From that point on, the app is in charge of your data: your account, your chats, your images and your payment details. How well apps handle that varies a lot, which is why privacy and billing make up 15% of every score. Our guide to AI sex chatbot privacy explains what to check before you sign up.
Why we use your data and our legal bases
- •Analytics. To see which articles people read and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent.
- •Newsletter. To send the emails you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- •Replying to messages. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.
- •Server logs. To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. For other providers we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep data
- •Analytics. Deleted automatically after 14 months at most.
- •Server logs. Kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security, then deleted.
- •Newsletter. Until you unsubscribe.
- •Messages. As long as needed to deal with your request, and no longer than two years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, the law gives you more specific rights:
- •EU and UK (GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent.
- •Brazil (LGPD). Confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.
- •California (CCPA/CPRA). To know what we collect, to delete it and to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can decline analytics in our cookie banner.
Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS, and only the people who run the site can access the inbox and the analytics account. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect small so there is little to lose.
Do you have to give us data?
No. You can read the whole site without giving us anything and without accepting analytics. We only receive an email address if you choose to subscribe or write to us. We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please write to us first. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in Spain the AEPD, in the UK the ICO, in Brazil the ANPD, or the authority in your own country.
Age
The site is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has sent us their data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we collect changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we say so on the site.
